Congratulations on your pregnancy! What an exciting time this is for you and your family.

I have been working in the realm of birth for the last 15 years but it has been a passion of mine since having my first son 19 years ago. I am married to an incredible man that encourages me to follow my hearts work and grow as a woman each day. I am a mother to five wonderful kids and have had a variety of birthing experiences. I also am a Holistic Pelvic care specialist, and facilitate retreats and women’s circles in my community.

When you sit in the quietude of life and ponder what your birth is going to look like – what comes to your mind? Allow yourself to get lost in the dream of what it is to bring this little soul earthside into your loving arms.

When we work together, we will talk about your hopes and dreams for this sacred journey. We will feel into the energy that you are cultivating within. We will walk together, getting to know each others’ hearts. When fears arise, I will be there to lovingly support and witness you as you navigate these feelings and offering support where I can.

During our time together we explore the different realms of consciousness that you will journey through with your pregnancy and birth. We will tailor our visits to what you would like to learn and discuss. I am a wealth of knowledge and am here to gently guide you as you find the answers you need. I will sit with you and your partner to dream up your perfect birth. Together we will come up with a plan so that you will be fully supported during your pregnancy, labour, birth, and postpartum period.

I also like to discuss what your postpartum period will look like, making plans to set you up for success. The first 40 days after birth set the tone for the coming years and it is so important for you and your family to take this into consideration. When you think about your postpartum period, what do you envision? If you have had a baby before, what did that look like for you? Did you feel supported? What did you like and what could you do better for next time? Together, we will set you up for success!

It is important that your husband/partner be involved in some of our sessions together. Getting a feel for who I am and how I support the both of you is essential. I am just as available to them for any questions that may be had. It is my job to support you, but it is also my job to support your partner so that when the day is done you can look back and fondly remember how wonderful they were.

During our time together, I will walk with you as your sister, your friend, your teacher. We will build a relationship that is based on trust, transparency, and soul connection. To be invited into someone’s sacred space is an honour, and something that I take very seriously.

After your birth, I will come and visit you and bring you nourishing foods and discuss your birth and how you are feeling and if there’s any other ways I can be of support. I will always have time to debrief and listen to your story – when you are ready to share. Sharing your birth story is medicine for the soul.

Now let’s say you decide to hire me, what does this look like? We will meet once a month, either in person or facetime. Once we are closer to your due date we will meet more frequently. I am always available to chat on the phone or text – day or night. Our meetings will be tailored to your wants and needs. If you ever have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. DIGITAL BIRTH SUPPORT

Maybe having someone in your physical birthing space is not for you, but still wanting to be supported during your pregnancy and into your post-partum. I have a package for that as well. I can be your virtual doula, we can chat on the phone or by text message and I can answer any and all of your questions you may have. I will be available to you between the hours of 9 am and 8 pm and 24/7 two weeks prior to your due date until 6 weeks postpartum. This is a great option for women that have had a baby before and are looking for a little bit of support every now and again. You can use this service as little or as much as you would like.
