Join us December 3, 2023 in the cozy space at Wild Roots Retreat center from 10 am - 5 pm. This day retreat will be spent nourishing your body, mind and soul as you prepare for the busy time of Christmas and all that the holiday season brings to you. This day is all about you! Coming back to you and leaning into the season of hibernation. We have some really great group activities, as well as solo. You will get snacks and lunch, you will get to hang out with me and Jenel as you explore your inner knowing and what you are willing to leave behind as you move forward in the month.

Join me for six months as we deep dive into who you are, what makes you fire up and creating a community for yourself to lean into. We will meet once a month for 4 hours and during our time together we will focus on personal growth, we will push the levels of comfortability while creating a save haven for you to fall back on. When we circle together, all judgement is left at the door. It is a safe and inviting place for you to show up, exactly as you are.
