The Work
What I do -
and how I do it.
Every offering is rooted in the same foundation: four domains of health, the primacy of the nervous system, and a belief that your body already knows how to heal - when it's given the right conditions.
My approach
Rooted in four domains. Guided by your nervous system.
My practice is grounded in the STREAM framework - a methodology that addresses health across four interconnected domains: biochemistry (your hormones, gut, and internal chemistry), biomechanics (how your body organizes and moves), scars (the often-overlooked tissue that spreads and disrupts far beyond the original wound), and emotions (the physiological reality that what isn't processed lives in the body as tension, pain, and disconnection).
Beneath all four domains sits the autonomic nervous system - the master regulator that determines whether your body is available to heal at all. Every session begins by creating safety in the nervous system, because without it, nothing else lands.
Biochemistry
Hormones, cycle, gut health, inflammatory response
Biomechanics
Pelvic alignment, organ mobility, structural tension patterns
Scars
Scar tissue remediation, adhesions, surgical and birth-related scarring
Emotions
Somatic emotional release, stored trauma, nervous system regulation
Autonomic Nervous System
The foundation that makes all other healing possible
Session - In person
Abdominal & Womb Massage
The belly is one of the most guarded spaces in the body - and one of the most responsive to care.
90 min session $250 + gst
3-session series $700 + gst
This session uses gentle abdominal massage and fascial release to work with the soft tissue, organs, and energetic center of the abdomen. Warming, regulating, and often quietly profound.
The abdomen is intimately connected to the nervous system, the pelvic floor, the diaphragm, and the emotional body. Tending to this space often opens things far beyond the physical.
Come as you are. Leave more at home in yourself.
This work may support you with
Digestive tension, bloating, or constipation
Scar tissue from C-section, laparoscopy, or surgery
Menstrual pain or cycle irregularity
Holding, guarding, or armoring in the belly
Postpartum recovery and reconnection
Stress and nervous system overwhelm that lives in the gut
In person session
Holistic Pelvic Care
Your pelvis holds more than anatomy. It holds your births, your losses, your unspoken stories, the tension you've been carrying longer than you can remember.
**I WILL NOT DO PELVIC WORK ON FIRST SESSION**
120 min session $360 + gst
Holistic Pelvic Care is a gentle, consent-centered bodywork practice that combines internal and external pelvic assessment with breath, visualization, and hands-on therapeutic touch. It is designed to restore balance, tone, and vitality to the pelvic bowl - physically, energetically, and emotionally.
Sessions are deeply attuned, unhurried, and guided entirely by your pace and comfort. Internal work is always optional and only ever with your explicit, ongoing consent.
This is not a medical treatment. It is an invitation back into your body.
This work may support you with
Pelvic pain, tension, or numbness
Prolapse, leaking, or pelvic floor dysfunction
Birth or postpartum integration
Pain with intimacy or penetration
Disconnection from your womb space or body
Grief, trauma, or significant life transition
In person session
Scar Tissue Remediation
Scars are a fact of life lived in a body. And yet - they are so rarely tended to.
Initial session is 3 hours and session packages are required. Initial appointment is an investment, please inquire if interested.
Scar tissue remediation uses gentle, precise hands-on techniques to soften and integrate scar tissue back into the healthy surrounding tissue - restoring fluid movement, sensation, and ease. Scars don't only hold the physical. They hold the story of what happened - the shock, the grief, the relief, the parts of an experience that never fully landed.
Sessions may include external and internal work (always with your explicit consent), breathwork, and somatic support for whatever arises emotionally as the tissue releases.
Common scar locations we work with
C-section
Episiotomy or perineal tearing
Hysterectomy or other pelvic/abdominal surgery
Laparoscopy or endometriosis excision
Appendectomy, hernia repair, or abdominal procedures
Trauma or injury to the pelvis or abdomen
