The Work

What I do -
and how I do it.

Every offering is rooted in the same foundation: four domains of health, the primacy of the nervous system, and a belief that your body already knows how to heal - when it's given the right conditions.

Session - In person

Abdominal & Womb Massage

The belly is one of the most guarded spaces in the body - and one of the most responsive to care. Please note that if you book a series, you must book all three sessions within 3 months.

90 min session $175 + gst

3-session series $525 + gst

Please note that if you see me in Saskatoon prices increase due to travel and space rental.

This session is largely external, working directly with the soft tissue, muscles, and organs of the abdomen through your skin. I often use castor oil during this work, which helps the tissue soften and allows for a deeper, more fluid quality of touch - please let me know in advance if you have any sensitivity to it, and I'll recommend an alternative.

Using techniques drawn from visceral and fascial work, I follow the natural mobility of the organs beneath the abdominal wall - the way they should glide and shift with breath and movement - and gently encourage release wherever that mobility has been restricted by tension, scar tissue, or holding. This can feel deeply warming, occasionally tender in specific spots, and often surprisingly emotional, as the belly tends to hold what we haven't had words for.

Come as you are. Leave more at home in yourself.

This work may support you with

  • Digestive tension, bloating, or constipation

  • Scar tissue from C-section, laparoscopy, or surgery

  • Menstrual pain or cycle irregularity

  • Holding, guarding, or armoring in the belly

  • Postpartum recovery and reconnection

  • Stress and nervous system overwhelm that lives in the gut

In person session

Holistic Pelvic Care

Your pelvis holds more than anatomy. It holds your births, your losses, your unspoken stories, the tension you've been carrying longer than you can remember.

Due to the level of intimacy, I do require you come to see me for abdominal work prior to any internal work. Thank you for understanding.

120 min session $260 + gst

Your pelvis holds more than anatomy. It holds your births, your losses, your unspoken stories, the tension you've been carrying longer than you can remember.

A session begins seated, in conversation - understanding what's present in your body and what you're hoping to move toward. From there, we move into hands-on assessment of the external pelvic structures: the muscles of the pelvic floor, the connective tissue of the hips and low back, the patterns of holding or guarding that have built up over time.

Where it feels right and with your full, explicit consent, the work may also include internal pelvic assessment and therapeutic touch - gently evaluating the tone, mobility, and responsiveness of the pelvic floor muscles from the inside, which simply isn't possible to assess externally. This is never assumed and never required.

Throughout, I'm tracking not just tissue, but your nervous system - breath, response, the subtle signs of whether your body feels safe to soften. We move at the pace your body sets, not a clock.

This is not a medical treatment. It is an invitation back into your body.

This work may support you with

  • Pelvic pain, tension, or numbness

  • Prolapse, leaking, or pelvic floor dysfunction

  • Birth or postpartum integration

  • Pain with intimacy or penetration

  • Disconnection from your womb space or body

  • Grief, trauma, or significant life transition

I offer layered support depending on where you are and how deeply you want to engage. This work is relational, embodies and paced for real change.
