About Lacey

I am not separate from this work.
I am also in it.

With over 17 years in birth, postpartum care, and more recently - pelvic health, and transformational bodywork, I have devoted my practice to the spaces that conventional medicine too often dismisses - and the women who have been told, again and again, that what they're experiencing is simply "normal."

I don't see broken bodies. I see bodies that adapted, protected, and survived. Bodies that have been carrying so much, often quietly, for a very long time.

My work is slow, intentional, and relational. It works with tissue, yes - but also with the nervous system, the emotional body, and the stories that live in both. I specialize in pelvic pain, scar tissue, birth and postpartum integration, disconnection, and the kind of tension that doesn't show up on any scan.

I want to say this clearly: I am not separate from this work. I am also in it. Learning. Unraveling. Meeting the places in myself that are still softening, still shifting, still asking to be seen. This work lives in me not just as a practitioner - but as a woman.

And because of that, I hold what you bring with the deepest respect. I know how much courage it takes to arrive here.

How I work

The principles that guide every session.

  • Consent, always

Consent is an ongoing conversation - not a one-time checkbox. You can stop, redirect, or change your mind at any point, for any reason, without explanation.

  • The body leads

I don't impose a protocol. I listen to what your body is communicating and follow its pace - not a technique's timeline.

  • Whole-person care

Physical symptoms rarely exist in isolation. I work with the physical, emotional, and nervous system layers together - because lasting change requires all three.

  • Slow is transformative

Quick fixes don't reach the places that matter most. Deep healing is devotional - it happens over time, with presence and patience.

  • You are not broken

Every pattern your body holds developed for a reason. My work is not about fixing you - it's about supporting your body in remembering what it already knows.

  • Safety before depth

Nothing meaningful can happen until the nervous system feels safe. Building that safety is not a preamble to the work - it is the work.

"Healing isn't something you earn. It's something your body already knows how to move toward - when it's given the space, support, and safety to do so."
