1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a session with Rise Within by Lacey Nedjelski, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by Rise Within, including in-person sessions, online calls, and multi-day intensives.
2. Services
Rise Within offers holistic pelvic care, abdominal and womb massage, scar tissue remediation, mentorship, workshops, and online support calls. All services are provided by Lacey Nedjelski.
These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Lacey Nedjelski is not a regulated medical professional. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
3. Informed Consent
All sessions are conducted on the basis of informed, ongoing consent. You have the right to stop, redirect, or modify any session at any time, for any reason, without explanation. Internal pelvic work is never performed without explicit verbal consent and will always be discussed in advance.
By booking a session, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions, medications, recent surgeries, or concerns on your intake form. Rise Within reserves the right to decline or modify services if undisclosed information comes to light that affects the safety or appropriateness of the work.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of your session. Rise Within currently accepts e-transfer and credit card payments. Pricing is listed on the booking page and is subject to GST where applicable.
Packages and series must be paid in full prior to the first session of the package. Package sessions are non-transferable and must be used within 6 months of purchase.
5. Cancellation Policy
Rise Within requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice:
You are welcome to reschedule at no charge. Refunds are not offered, but your payment will be applied as a credit toward a future session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice:
The full session fee is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued. If you would like to reschedule, a new booking fee will apply.
No-shows:
If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the full session fee is charged. No refund or credit will be issued.
6. Rescheduling
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the cancellation policy above.
To reschedule, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact Lacey directly as soon as possible.
7. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your session, your session will end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. The full session fee applies regardless of arrival time. If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate you.
8. Illness & Emergency
If you are unwell on the day of your session, please do not attend. Contact Lacey as soon as possible and we will reschedule your appointment. In cases of sudden illness or genuine emergency, the cancellation fee may be waived at Lacey's discretion. This exception is extended with care and is not a general policy.
9. Prairie Immersion Intensives
Multi-day intensives require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due on the first day of your intensive. Cancellations made more than 30 days before your intensive begin date will result in forfeiture of the deposit only. Cancellations made within 30 days of your intensive begin date will result in forfeiture of the full amount.
Lacey Nedjelski is not responsible for travel costs, accommodation costs, or any other expenses incurred in relation to your intensive. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
10. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal health information shared with Rise Within is held in strict confidence and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. Intake forms and session notes are stored securely and accessible only to Lacey Nedjelski.
11. Photography & Testimonials
Rise Within will never photograph, record, or share any information about you or your sessions without your explicit written consent. Any testimonials shared publicly are done so with full permission of the client.
12. Scope of Practice
Lacey Nedjelski works within the scope of holistic bodywork and wellness support. She does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatments, or practice medicine. The work offered at Rise Within is intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care. Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with their healthcare providers and to inform those providers of any complementary care they are receiving.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Rise Within reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time if it is determined that the work is not appropriate, safe, or beneficial for a client, or if a client's conduct is disrespectful or harmful. In such cases, any prepaid sessions will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
14. Changes to These Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available at laceynedjelski.com. Continued booking of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable laws of Canada.
